Description

Days begin with the anticipation of dawn game drives when the bush awakens, and wildlife activity is at its peak. Guests may also explore the reserve on guided walks, boating excursions when water levels permit, or simply relax between activities while watching wildlife pass by camp. Evenings are marked by sundowners in spectacular settings, followed by exceptional dining beneath the stars.

Selinda Explorer Camp
A smaller more intimate “outpost” camp is beside the Linyanti Spillway. You will find the same standards of luxury, fine dining and attentive service but in an even more remote setting. Guests normally number 4 to 8 persons. A vast area of terrain accessed on 4×4 trails, often used by elephant, lion and other game, surround this amazing wilderness camp. Wildlife is close, there are no fences or boundaries and at night you will hear lions call, hippos feeding very close to your comfortable and spacious tent and even hyenas wandering around. A pleasant 4×4 drive from the Selinda Camp airstrip is a bonus safari in itself.
