Bonding / Client Financial Protection ABTA.
We offer a wide range of Independent “tailor-made” holidays and packages. We act as an agent for our varied suppliers and do not charter in transport but book what and when clients require it. We set out below in simple clear to understand terms, our financial protection for clients booking travel packages and components with us. Should any areas not be clear please contact us and we will be happy to clarify and detail in writing. We act as agents for all ATOL tour operators and flight inclusive packages will be booked with official Atol licenced partners. All our flight only bookings with tickets issued by ourselves include Airline Failure Protection Insurance. We are an ABTA BONDED travel agent.
- Non Licenced Packages. Ferry based trips that may include a number of components such as, cruiser hire, boat hire, accommodation or car hire with other non flight products. Trips that exclude transport but do include accommodation and other components such as boat hire. ABTA BONDED.
- Agent for Specialist Tours. Where we sell a complete bonded/licenced package acting as an agent. E.g. South America – Veloso Tours. Australasia – Travel2, Canada/USA – 1st Class Holidays. In this instance we will detail the chosen suppliers ATOL details. The selected supplier will issue an ATOL certificate and this will be sent immediately to you.
- Airline Tickets. Where we act as a ticketing agent. Tickets being issued and despatched at time of booking (and therefore full payment). Again SAFI is included.
